During the first hours after a PayPal Transaction is captured, only full refunds are available to your customer. After PayPal has cleared the Transaction and transferred money from the customer account to your merchant account, both full and partial refunds can be issued. PayPal Refunds are processed in exactly the same way as any other Vindicia Subscribe refund, using either the Vindicia Subscribe API or the Vindicia Subscribe Portal.
