Overview

When a merchant submits a credit card transaction to Chase Paymentech for approval, Paymentech reviews the transaction data and returns a response code indicating whether the transaction was approved, validated, verified, and so on. Vindicia Subscribe takes action on the transaction based on the Paymentech response code. The table below identifies Paymentech response codes and descriptions and the associated Vindicia Subscribe actions.
