To configure the Chargeback Webhook for integration with Vindicia, do the following in your payment provider portal:
  1. In the Stripe Connect Dashboard, click on Developers in the upper right corner of the page. Note: Toggle the Test mode on for the staging environment or leave cleared for production.
  2. In the Developers options, click Webhooks.
  3. To add an event, click Add endpoint.
    • For production, enter https://secure.vindicia.com/billinginterface/stripe/StripeConnect.html.
    • For staging, enter https://secure.staging.us-west.vindicia.com/billinginterface/stripe/StripeConnect.html.
  4. Once the endpoint is added, click the URL and add the following events:
    • charge.dispute.created
    • charge.dispute.updated
