To configure the Chargeback Webhook for integration with Vindicia, do the following in your payment provider portal:
  1. In the Braintree dashboard, click the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Note: Toggle the Sandbox mode on for the staging environment or leave cleared for production.
  2. Click API > Webhooks.
  3. Click + Create New Webhook.
    • For production, enter https://<staging/production path>/billinginterface/braintree/chargeback.html
    • For staging, enter https://secure.staging.us-west.vindicia.com/billinginterface/braintree/chargeback.html
  4. Once the endpoint is added, add the following Notifications:
    • Dispute Opened
    • Dispute Won
    • Dispute Disputed
    • Dispute Expired
    • Dispute Accepted
    • Dispute Auto Accepted
