As a customer service agent, you can use the Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 to cancel a Subscription on behalf of the subscriber immediately or at the end of their current billing period. Only Subscriptions in active, pending, or paused status can be canceled. For more details, see the Subscription Lifecycle in the Subscribe Merchant Portal User Guide

To cancel an existing Subscription:
  1. Search for the relevant account in the Portal.
  2. Cancel the Subscription The subscription is canceled or transferred to a pending canceled status according to the defined parameters.
  • Subscribe automatically displays the Subscription detail page following the cancellation request.
  • The selected cancelation reason is displayed at the top.
  • If canceled at end of the billing cycle, the status of the subscription is Pending Cancel. Cancelation will complete at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If canceled at end of the billing cycle, Entitlement remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
