Subscription Reports include reports that track details of your customers subscriptions. All the reports in this section have something to do with either active or past subscriptions. Note: Reports 2.0 Subscription Reports display data for the past two years. The Name and Description is listed for each report in the section. To run a report:
  1. You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0 checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0. Note: If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.
  2. Simply click the name of the report or click the Run button to the right.
