| continuous_billing | This option will enable immediate payment subscriptions to behave like MAP. For non-MAP paid subscriptions, Subscribe will not continue to generate scheduled transaction_billings (aka Invoices aka Billings) when in retry – none will be created until the failed/retrying one is resolved (at which point a catch-up cascade can happen). This is based on the assumption that merchants are planning to terminate service after the retry attempts are exhausted and that the grace period (offset) will be established to cover just a single period’s collection attempts. Some media models, get revenue from two sources - the customer’s subscription payments and advertisers. In order to maximize overall revenue, when the subscription charges are in doubt, they want to continue service longer to get the most out of the advertiser revenue stream (which is earned just by delivering the service). So they want to set a long grace period, and continue generating billings (increasing the Accounts Receivable balance) throughout that long period. CashBox works this way for MAP (Pay By Invoice) but not other methods. When this option is set , transaction billings will be generated on the plan-based schedule while we continue retry - all the way through the grace period. | 0,null (Default)- false1- True |
