Subscribe SaaS platform is a cloud-based deployment on AWS cloud. Its main interfaces are Subscribe REST API and legacy SOAP API. Subscribe is programmatically accessible via superior APIs that use secure and encrypted RESTful (and SOAP) based communication web services to expose Subscribe capabilities. Subscribe main functionality as described in this guide is achieved via API. Subscribe’s main elements describes in this guide (such as Product, Billing Plan, Campaign, Subscription, Account) become the object building blocks in the API. Functionality is achieved by calling the object endpoints for the required actions using Restful HTTP verbs. Vindicia’s Developer Hub provides access to REST API guide and OpenAPI files that allow you to see and even try the API calls listed. Vindicia Subscribe provides SOAP API client libraries for PHP and Java. A SOAP API client library for .NET is available on request. REST API client libraries are not provided. Merchants can use any REST client that is available for their specific programming language. Once you deploy, two distinct Subscribe environments are available for accessing your deployment, a staging site (for testing purposes) and a production site. For additional details, refer to:

Migrate to Subscribe Platform from Other Billing Systems

Vindicia MarketONE Subscribe provides an easy-to-follow merchant migration path. Using a series of API’ s, Subscribe lets merchants migrate their data from different billing systems to Subscribe while keeping all their important data. The migration path to Subscribe allows you to:
  • Import existing customers in good standing.
  • Import customers who were in good standing, but whose most recent billing cycle was unsuccessful.
  • Import historic billing information for your customers, offering you a continuous record of their subscriptions. You can decide which transactions to import such as captured, canceled, refunded, settled, and void.
Once your data has been migrated to Subscribe, you may perform operations on the Subscriptions (such as modify, cancel, and update) as with any Subscribe data. The platform provides the same behavior and results for migrated data and data generated within Subscribe. Parent topic:Vindicia Subscribe Platform Interfaces
