This topic outlines the roadmap features planned for the next two quarters. It is shared to provide our merchants visibility to the roadmap and time to prepare for desired features.

Retain Features

The following Retain Features are planned:

• Retain RESTful APIs - Retain new RESTful APIs have been released for simple and modern OpenAPI. In future releases, new APIs will be added supporting partial refunds. Additionally, merchants will be able to get updated Credit Card information by receiving encrypted credit card data.
• Retain Hub (Portal) Enhancements - Vindicia is expanding the functionality available on the Retain Hub (Portal). The Retain Hub is now generally available for merchants to use. Future releases will include:
  • Generating scheduled (recurring) or one-time reports for new and existing merchants
  • New landing page providing clear guidance for merchant performance and next steps
  • New settings area allowing merchant users to modify settings independently.
