SOAP Operations not Implemented in REST

The following table lists the SOAP operations that have not been implemented in REST:

`Account`	`fetchByWebSessionVid`	`webSession` is not used in REST. As mentioned in Naming Conventions, PMT replaces HOA in REST.

`Autobill`	`fetchDeltaSince`	PUSH notifications should be used to get realtime data.
`Autobill`	`fetchRemainingPaymentDetails`	Not in use in SOAP.
`Autobill`	`fetchUpdateHistoryBy MerchantAutoBillId`	Not in use in SOAP.
`Autobill`	`fetchUpgradeHistoryByVid`	Not in use in SOAP.
`Address`	`fetchByVid`	Address will be returned only in the context of the relevant objects - Account or paymentMethod.
`Address`	`Update`	Addresses should be updated in the context of the respective object—Account or Payment Method.
`ElectricSignature`	`Sign`	Not in use in SOAP
`ElectricSignature`	`getSignatureBack`	Not in use in SOAP
`EmailTemplate`	`fetchByProduct`	Not in use in SOAP
`EmailTemplate`	`fetchByType`	Not in use in SOAP
