Subscribe Campaigns offer promotions that target diverse audience types helping you attract new customers, reward existing customers, and enhance retention of long-term customers. Subscribe Campaigns are discounts or coupons such as special offers or limited-time pricing you can apply to new or existing Products, Billing Plans and Subscriptions. The discounts provided by a campaign can be currency-based or percentage-based, and applied to one-time purchases or applied to a recurring subscription for a specific period. You can offer a limited-time discount or one that spans multiple subscription billing cycles. Subscribe provides two types of campaigns:
  • Promotion Campaigns: These allow you to generate a single Campaign code that can be distributed to multiple customers. A promotion code is not unique to individual users and is typically publicly available through mass distribution.
  • Coupon Campaigns: These allow you to generate multiple unique Campaign codes. Coupon Campaigns are often highly targeted, the unique coupon code is offered directly to a specific customer. Coupon codes are generated by the system based on prefix input from you and can be defined as single-use codes, for which redemption is allowed only once for every unique code, or multi-use codes, for which the number of allowed redemptions of each code is defined.
Creating and launching a Subscribe campaign is fast and simple within Subscribe Merchant Portal or via the Subscribe API. Subscribe enables marketing teams to build and run campaigns with little or no assistance from IT. Using Subscribe Campaigns provides you the insights you need to enhance customer acquisition.Track your results in Subscribe Reports and according to the data continue to refine campaigns to enhance subscriber acquisition.
