VIN-3379/VIN-3380—Last two reports generated from Catalina linked to Portal 2.0

The last remaining Vindicia Reports, the Chargeback Summary report and the Outstanding Credits report, have been implemented using the Catalina service and are now linked to Portal 2.0. **VIN-4809—**Change timestamp value on ends value for paused Subscription to end of day on end date. **VIN-5042—**Admin option of updating blacklisted BIN’s in the portal 1 was removed due to a defect in the screen. A script is now available to accomplish this. VIN-161—(Retain) Do not Capture under specific conditions. In cases where a Retain merchant uses CyberSource as a gateway to another processor, Retain has been updated to check the processor return code before determining to capture the transaction when the CyberSource return code is 203.
