Bug Fixes

The following issues were solved in this release:

Known Issues

This release has the following known issues.
  • Retain Hub and Subscribe Portal Manage Users link available to merchant Super Users (redirecting to Vindicia IDP care console) is redirecting to an incorrect link. Issue will be corrected in Vindicia’s May release. As a workaround, to correct the issue you can manually change the word admin in the link to csr. Change from: https://<merchant tenant URL>/admin/login to: https://<merchant tenant URL>/csr/login
  • In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, the Merchant User Report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.
    • Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
    • Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.
