Cardinal Commerce Integration- 3DS Support Improvement

From this release, merchants using Cardinal Commerce for 3DS authentication will receive additional authentication status elements metadata in the authorization response. Additionally, Vindicia is adding a configuration option to opt-out of finalizing the Transaction if the authentication status indicates that authentication was not available for any reason. A merchant Name-Value Pair was added for this purpose Cardinal:SendOnAuthUnavailable. When set to 0, we will cancel the transaction without trying to authorize with the payment provider. (VIN-20325)

Known Issues

This release has the following known issues:

• In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, the Merchant User Report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.
  • Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
  • Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.
