This release includes the following new Subscribe features:

Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 Enhancements

Based on user feedback and usage, the following feature changes will be made to improve usability of Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0:
  • Searching the Accounts page by name field without a date restriction - In this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 provides the ability to search the Accounts page using only the Account (customer) name. This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. Search Account page by name only (VIN-16433)
  • Associating Refunds to the Transactions list panes - In this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 displays refund details as part of the Transaction panes in the Account and Subscription pages. (PORT-2153) Refund column appearing in Recent Transactions pane, part of the Subscription Page
  • Email display in the Transactions result list - In this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 displays Customer Email in the Transaction list page, which shows the results of a Transaction search. This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (PORT-2224) Account email column, appears as part of search results
  • Transaction search by Credit Card - In 2022.07 Transaction page search by credit card was modified to allow search by the full credit card number. From this release, the following search options are supported using the credit card number key field:
    • Recommended The full number of the credit card associated with the Transaction.
    • The last four digits of the credit card. Enter at least six entries of the letter x and the last four digits of the card. Example for a 16 digit card: xxxxxxxxxx2214
    • The first six digits (BIN) and last four digits of the card. Example for a 16 digit card: 143272xxxx2214 Search Transaction by last four digits of credit card
    This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (VIN-17496)

Subscription Intelligence- Daily Subscription Data Breakdown in Retention Insights Dashboard Enhancement

The Retention Insights dashboard, which provides crucial subscription acquisition and loss data for the last 12 months, has been enhanced. From this release, the Subscription Acquisition vs. Churn chart also provided an expanded daily view. It displays a breakdown of the daily subscription data per month showing the number of new subscriptions and the number of cancelled subscriptions every day for the selected month. Click a monthly bar to see the month’s expanded daily view. Example: Daily Subscription Breakdown data for the month of April 2022 TABL-55

Payments Features

This release includes the following new Payment features:

ACI Worldwide (Speedpay) Integration

Starting this release, Vindicia is integrated with ACI (Speedpay) Payment Provider. The integration supports US Dollar Transactions only for the following main areas:
  • Recurring & One time transactions (including refund)
  • Retain support - Full auth and capture (level one)
  • Supported payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and tokenized credit cards

Known Issues

This release has the following known issues.
  • In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, when applying a discount to an existing Subscription, the campaign code field per Subscription Item displays an error. As a workaround, use the subscription level Campaign Code field instead to apply the discount. All applicable Products and Billing Plans in the Subscription will be discounted. For more details, see FAQ in the Subscribe Portal User Guide. (VIN-16925)
