Subscribe Portal 2.0 Advantages:
  • Allows localization to your regional time zone and language
  • Improved user interface
  • Clear representation of Transactions per subscription
  • More specific Transactions search options (per Payment Method, per ID, per amount)
  • Reports will be created/scheduled using the new Subscribe Data Platform (Reports 2.0), where applicable
Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 has become the default web Portal. We encourage you to start using Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0. For more details on Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, see Subscribe Merchant Portal User Guide. To access Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0:

Access to HOA and PMT Static Files Via CDN

In order to improve reliability and availability when accessing Subscribe’s static content required for PMT (Payment Method Tokenization) and HOA (Hosted Order Automation), files are located at Content Delivery Network (CDN). Please change the URLs listed in your implementation as follows: We urge merchants to make this change by end of November.

Subscribe Features

This release includes the following new Subscribe features:

Stackable Discounts

Starting this release, Subscribe supports stackable discounts whereby merchants can allow redemption of multiple discounts (campaign codes) simultaneously as part of a subscription using Subscribe’s Promotion and/or Coupon Campaigns. For Example, a customer can apply both a $10 new customer promotion coupon and a 5% promotional student discount to a new subscription. The feature provides flexibility to configure the discount application rules as needed. You can define the order in which the discounts are applied (fixed discount versus percentage), and for percentage discounts the amounts they are applied to (original amount or already discounted ones). A new Subscribe REST API version (20210401) is being introduced to support these changes and merchants will be required to use this new version for the stackable discounts functionality. This feature is available for new merchants ONLY in September’s release. A migration path, for existing merchants who are currently using campaign discounts, will be available in future releases. User Authorization for specific roles and permissions is still governed in the Subscribe environment. OKTA Log in Flow Merchants that implement this feature must meet login and password requirements according to PCI regulations, including:
