Announcements

This release includes the following announcements:

Subscribe Reports 1.0 Upcoming Deprecation

Starting July 2021, Vindicia plans for you to generate reports mainly from its new Vindicia Data Platform (Reports 2.0). Newly scheduled and one-time reports will be generated via the new Vindicia Data Platform (Reports 2.0) from both Subscribe Portals. Recurring Scheduled Reports For recurring scheduled reports, Merchants should re-schedule all their reports and stop their previous (Reports 1.0) schedules. If you want Vindicia to migrate your scheduled reports to Reports 2.0, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support. If you take no action at this point, you will continue to receive scheduled reports from Reports 1.0 until Subscribe’s September 2021 release, at which time Report 1.0 schedules will be stopped. To newly schedule reports do the following:
  • Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0: Select the report to be scheduled, enter the relevant details and submit using the Report 2.0 button.
  • Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0: Select the report to be scheduled, set the report as recurring and enter the relevant details. Then click Submit.

Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 Changed to No Longer Supported Status

With this release, Vindicia has designated Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 as No Longer Supported for a 2 months period. After that time (September release), access to Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 will be blocked. Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 has become the default web Portal. We encourage you to start using Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0. For more details on Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, see Subscribe Merchant Portal User Guide. To access Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0:

Bug Fixes

Known Issues

This release includes the following known issues:
  • Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - High data volume searches in Accounts, Subscriptions or Transactions may require long search times or time out. To shorten search times, please provide as many details as possible and limit the date range for the search.
  • Large data reports fail to display in Reports 2.0. There is a timeout issue when generating and fetching large reports. As a temporary workaround, please schedule large sized reports rather than running them on demand and set SFTP as the delivery method.
