The Address object represents a physical or mailing address.

tax_area_identifier	integer	For Vertex tax vendor implementation only: An optional 9 digit value of the tax authority identifier for this address. Note: If the Merchant provided tax_area_identifier is invalid (i.e., is not an existing tax_area_identifier in Vertex), Subscribe will receive an error from Vertex.Subscribe will note this error in the Transaction metadata, and proceed based on Merchant configuration (ACTION_ON_TAX_FAILURE_ID). For Vertex, tax_area_identifier takes precedence over address. If the Merchant provided tax_area_identifier exists in Vertex but is incorrect for the provided address, tax impositions will be calculated for jurisdictions associated with the tax_area_identifier.
