Reversing (Billed) Rated Unit Events

reverseEvent is similar to deductEvent, but differs in that it must refer to an Event that has been previously recorded. reverseEvent may not be used to add a negative number of Rated Units to an Account; it may only be used to reverse a previously recorded Event. reverseEvent may only be applied to Events for which the customer has not yet been billed. Therefore, Subscribe will not construct a Credit or process a refund for the item.
