To stop recurring billing, you cancel the corresponding AutoBill object. You can do this by retrieving the object and calling cancel on it, as shown in this example.
Alternately, you can stop all auto billing on the account.
Both methods allow you to select whether to disentitle the customer immediately, or allow entitlements to continue to the end of the billing period. See the AutoBill.canceland Account.stopAutoBillingmethods in the Subscribe API Reference Guide for details. When you make these calls, Subscribe notifies the customer of the cancellation.
