# Subscriber Management

  You can integrate Subscribe with an Identity Management Solution (IMS) to identify subscribers as they access the system. The IMS can prevent the same subscribers from creating duplicate accounts, present the correct account information at log in time, and track subscriber demographic information.
* **[Set Up Billing Email Notifications to Send to Subscribers](../topics/2804_r_sendBillingEmailNotification#)**\
  You can configure Subscribe to automatically send email notifications to your subscribers for various billing events including impending transactions, an overdue payment, Subscription expiration or renewal, and payment processing. To support this functionality, you must both set the corresponding flags through the Subscribe API and supply Vindicia with the corresponding email templates.
* **[Manage Subscriber Access to Subscription Content Based on Their Purchased Subscription](../topics/2301_r_manageSubscriberAccessContent#)**\
  Your system must maintain a local cache of entitled subscribers that will be referenced in real-time by the Content Management System/Online Viewing Platform (CMS/OVP) solution when granting users access to content. To enable this functionality, you must use the Subscribe APIs.
