* **[Search for an Account or Transaction in the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2501_r_searchAccountTransaction#)**\
  As a Merchant Customer Service Agent, I need to be able to search for a subscriber account or transactions using the subscriber's credit card number, email address or merchant ID using the Subscribe Merchant Portal.

* **[Update User Information Using the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2502_r_updateUserInfoPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can update user information in an existing subscriber’sAccount using the Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0.

* **[Cancel an Existing Subscription Using the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2503_t_cancelExistingSubsPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can use the Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 to cancel a Subscription on behalf of the subscriber immediately or at the end of their current billing period.

* **[Grant a Service Credit to an Account Using the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2504_t_grantServiceCreditPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can grant currency credits (good will) to an existing subscriber. The subscriber must have an active Subscription that still has an upcoming billing (or a retry billing while in grace period).

  As a customer service agent, you can issue a Refund (full or partial) for a charge applied to the subscriber's credit card or PayPal account. A refund can only be executed against an existing, successfully captured transaction meaning that the subscriber's original transaction charge must have been authorized by the payment provider and must not already be fully refunded.

* **[Add a Payment Method to an Account Using the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2506_t_addPaymentMethodPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can add a payment method to a subscriber's account using the Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0.

* **[Set the Default Payment Method for an Account using the Subscribe Portal](../topics/2508_t_setDefaultPaymentPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can set a payment method on a subscriber's account to be the default payment method, using the Subscribe portal.

* **[Generate a Note Using the Subscribe Portal to Record a Subscriber Interaction](../topics/2509_t_logCustomerNotesPortal)**\
  As a customer service agent, you can log a note to record an interaction with a subscriber using the Subscribe Merchant Portal.

* **[Activity Reporting](../topics/2703_r_activityReporting#)**\
  Your system can report subscriber activity to Subscribe so that the customer service agents have the supporting information when responding to service requests.
