# Enable Subscribers to Purchase a Premium Add-On to an Existing Subscription

You can enable subscribers to purchase a premium service as an add-on to an existing Subscription.

## Basic Scenario

An eligible subscriber purchases a premium service as an add-on to an existing Subscription.

## Post-Condition

* The premium add-on is added to the Subscription.
* The Initial Transaction is generated if applicable.
* The initial charge is prorated, if applicable and includes any applicable taxation.
* Future billings are correctly predicted.
* The Account has been granted appropriate Entitlements.
