# Subscribe for Salesforce Overview

Subscribe for Salesforce applications are native applications, built on the force.com platform, that allow you to bring key Subscribe billing data into your Salesforce.com organization. You can import Subscribe Account, Product, Subscription and Transaction information into Salesforce.com, and have that data continuously updated at your desired frequency. Subscribe for Salesforce applications allow you to manage Subscribe billing data from your Salesforce environment. The Salesforce reporting capabilities allow you to analyze the Subscribe data to give you information and critical statistics about your business processes.

Vindicia offers two Salesforce applications:

* **Subscribe for Salesforce (Basic)**: Essentially a reporting application that provides a full set of standard reports and dashboards. It allows you to import all your Subscribe data into Salesforce, including full visibility of your billing data. You can then leverage the Salesforce reporting software to build your own customized reports based on your Subscribe data.
* **Subscribe for Saleforce (Premium)**: A more encompassing option, Subscribe for Salesforce (Premium) includes all the Subscribe (Basic) capabilities as well as bringing all your Subscribe data into Saleforce. This enables you to provide full customer care functions. Using the application, you can perform functions such as creating and editing subscriptions and one-time purchases, managing credits, and providing refunds.
