# Braintree Chargeback Configuration

To configure the Chargeback Webhook for integration with Vindicia, do the following in your payment provider portal:

1. In the Braintree dashboard, click the **Gear** icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

   **Note:** Toggle the **Sandbox mode** on for the staging environment or leave cleared for production.

2. Click **API** > **Webhooks**.

3. Click **+ Create New Webhook**.

   * For production, enter `https://<staging/production path>/billinginterface/braintree/chargeback.html`
   * For staging, enter `https://secure.staging.us-west.vindicia.com/billinginterface/braintree/chargeback.html`

4. Once the endpoint is added, add the following **Notifications**:

   * Dispute Opened
   * Dispute Won
   * Dispute Disputed
   * Dispute Expired
   * Dispute Accepted
   * Dispute Auto Accepted
