# Introduction to Vindicia Subscribe

Vindicia Subscribe is a comprehensive SaaS-based subscription management and billing solution designed to ensure your subscription business success. Vindicia Subscribe supports all phases of the subscription lifecycle and offers the power and speed that you need for today's subscription-based economy. The platform provides scalable features allowing you to acquire and retain subscribers and their associated recurring revenue and overcome the drawbacks of traditional billing approaches.

Vindicia offers an integrated, on-demand billing management solution for online merchants through its Subscribe services. Merchants can access Subscribe in one or both of the following ways, depending on their needs:

* The **Subscribe Merchant Portal** provides a merchant-friendly, intuitive web-based interface that allows you to manage and customize your subscription catalog and billing integration in a safe and secure manner as well as access subscription business data and insight.
* The **Subscribe API** enables merchants to link their data and customized interfaces to Subscribe from their online store, customer support, customer self service, identity management, financial and business applications.

This document provides a high-level overview of key functional areas of the Vindicia platform and is written for Merchant staff to familiarize themselves with Vindicia Subscribe.
