# Vindicia Subscribe Internal Notes for 2024.05 Release

## Subscribe Features

### Large Volume Report Delivery Improvement

Vindicia is improving its large volume report generation and delivery for Reports 1.0 .

With this release, Vindicia will enhance its Reports 1.0 scalability to handle larger datasets ensuring a streamlined report delivery experience for our users.

This improvement is using AWS pre-signed URL approach, providing an alternate pathway for downloading reports that were generated and was designed to provide our merchants an improved experience.

The feature was tested up to 500 MB in QA and will be further tested by impacted merchants in the Production environment prior to the external announcement.

### Operational Dashboard Updated with API Stats

The internal Operational dashboard is being enhanced with Soap statistics.

The following columns are being added to the charts for the Production release timeline:

* Min Call Duration
* Max Call Duration
* Average Call Duration
* 95 Percentile Call Duration

Additionally, the following drop-down filtering options are being added:

* Call Description (List / Fetch / Revenue)
* Merchant Type (Subscribe / Retain)
* Merchant Active (Active / Not Active)

## Internal Fixes

The following issues were solved in this release:

| VIN-29768 | Subscriptions (autoBills) stuck in Pause pending. Error appears when running Autobill.fetchDeltaSince | Reported error was found to be generated by DLL for subscriptions Paused,Pending pause, or Pending resume status because they were missing in DLL. An internal SLM fix filters out such records while returning data for Autobill.fetchDeltaSince API call. This resolution is relevant for Gannett only and therefore requires a Name-Value Pair be added `fds_exclude_pause_resume_ab`. See also VIN-29712. |
| VIN-29839 | External Billing performance issues due to connectivity issue | External Billing performance issues were discovered due to a connectivity issue. A timeout parameter was added for the sftp connection so the connection is terminated if inactive for 60 seconds. |
| VIN-29841 | Duplicate Push2.0 notifications were generated when Account metadata changed | Duplicate Push2.0 notifications were generated when Account metadata (NVP) changed. The issue was limited to specific area change due to multiple commits/save in model and Object layer via API call transfer.This has been resolved, by suppressing one of the notifications. |
| VIN-30143 | Event history Report not filtering by Optional Parameters | The event History Report was not filtering by the optional parameters entered. The issue has been resolved. |

### Known Issues

This release has the following known issues:

* In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, the **Merchant User** Report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.
  * Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
  * Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.
