### Known Issues

This release has the following known issues.

* Retain Hub and Subscribe Portal **Manage Users** link available to merchant Super Users (redirecting to Vindicia IDP care console) is redirecting to an incorrect link. Issue will be corrected in Vindicia's May release.

As a workaround, to correct the issue you can manually change the word **admin** in the link to **csr**.

  Change from: https\://\<merchant tenant URL>/**admin**/login

  to: https\://\<merchant tenant URL>/**csr**/login

* In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, the **Merchant User** Report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.
  * Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
  * Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.
