Production Release Date: March 26, 2024

**Parent topic:**[Vindicia Subscribe - 2024.03 Release Notes](2024.03_tp_subscribeReleaseNotes)

## Payment Features

### Cardinal Commerce Integration- 3DS Support Improvement

From this release, merchants using Cardinal Commerce for 3DS authentication will receive additional authentication status elements metadata in the authorization response.

Additionally, Vindicia is adding a configuration option to opt-out of finalizing the Transaction if the authentication status indicates that authentication was not available for any reason. A merchant Name-Value Pair was added for this purpose `Cardinal:SendOnAuthUnavailable`. When set to **0**, we will cancel the transaction without trying to authorize with the payment provider.
