# Vindicia Subscribe Internal Notes for 2024.02 Release

## Payment Features

### Response Code Update for Orbital and Compass

In this release, the following Orbital (1027) and Compass (1035) response codes were updated from hard fails to soft fails, to match Paymentech categorization:

## Internal Fixes

The following issues were solved in this release:

| VIN-28779 | Internal Users can't assign roles to merchant users | Internal users can't assign roles to merchant users in Portal 1.0, the submit button has been hidden in both Staging and Production environments. The issue has been resolved. |
| VIN-27677 | BOFA FME handling | Updated handling of fraud FME handling in Bank of America to address an issue discovered in certification. |
| PORT-3748 | Internal user access to Portals shows incorrect UI | Internal user repeated access to Portal issue when selecting a Subscribe merchant from drop-down displays retain UI instead. The issue was fixed. |

### Known Issues

This release has the following known issues:

* In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, the **Merchant User** Report may show incorrect status for merchant users that use identity providers to login to the Portal.
  * Merchants using Vindicia IDP, can view user status in the Vindicia IDP Care Console.
  * Merchants using external Identity providers, such as OKTA or MS Azure, can check user status in their respective IDP Portals.
