## Payments Features

### Bank of America Payment Integration

Starting this release, Vindicia has integrated with Bank of America Payment Provider.

This integration supports credit cards, debit cards, and tokenized credit cards in US Dollars for the following main areas:

* One-time Transactions
* Recurring Payments
* Void
* Refund Payments
* Retain support - Full auth and capture (level one)

For more details, see the [Bank of America Configuration](https://docs.vindicia.com/bundle/b_retainMerchantConfiguration/page/topics/bankOfAmericaConfiguration_r.html) topic for more information on this integration.

### Chase Orbital Integration – Support for Paymentech Tandem (aka Tampa) Platform

### Account Updater Improvements

The query that finds credit cards eligible for Account Updater requests has been updated and now finds cards regardless of whether the payment provider supports partial authorization. Those Account Updater requests are now sent to the Vindicia merchant at Paymentech.

## Security Features

### Account Hashing

For PCI compliance, Vindicia has enhanced the internal security hashing algorithm from SHA1 to SHA512. This upgrade is vital for maintaining the security of our platform and protecting user data.

The new SHA512 algorithm provides a more robust cryptographic hash function that reduces the risk of collision attacks and brute-force attacks. This ensures that hashed sensitive information is more secure and less susceptible to security breaches.
