This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. Search Account page by name only (VIN-16433) * Associating Refunds to the Transactions list panes - In this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 displays refund details as part of the Transaction panes in the Account and Subscription pages. (PORT-2153) Refund column appearing in Recent Transactions pane, part of the Subscription Page * Email display in the Transactions result list - In this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 displays Customer Email in the Transaction list page, which shows the results of a Transaction search. This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (PORT-2224) Account email column, appears as part of search results * Transaction search by Credit Card - In 2022.07 Transaction page search by credit card was modified to allow search by the full credit card number. From this release, the following search options are supported using the credit card number key field: * **Recommended** The full number of the credit card associated with the Transaction. * The last four digits of the credit card. Enter at least six entries of the letter **x** and the last four digits of the card. Example for a 16 digit card: xxxxxxxxxx2214 * The first six digits (BIN) and last four digits of the card. Example for a 16 digit card: 143272xxxx2214 Search Transaction by last four digits of credit card This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (VIN-17496) ### Subscription Intelligence- Daily Subscription Data Breakdown in Retention Insights Dashboard Enhancement The Retention Insights dashboard, which provides crucial subscription acquisition and loss data for the last 12 months, has been enhanced. From this release, the **Subscription Acquisition vs. Churn** chart also provided an expanded daily view. It displays a breakdown of the daily subscription data per month showing the number of new subscriptions and the number of cancelled subscriptions every day for the selected month. Click a monthly bar to see the month's expanded daily view. Example: Daily Subscription Breakdown data for the month of April 2022 TABL-55 ## Payments Features This release includes the following new Payment features: ### ACI Worldwide (Speedpay) Integration Starting this release, Vindicia is integrated with ACI (Speedpay) Payment Provider. The integration supports US Dollar Transactions only for the following main areas: * Recurring & One time transactions (including refund) * Retain support - Full auth and capture (level one) * Supported payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and tokenized credit cards **Note:** Merchants that want to utilize this Payment provider integration, please contact Vindicia Client Technical Support. (BIMS-478) ## Bug Fixes The following issues were solved in this release: | Ticket | Title | Description | | - | - | - | | PORT-2235 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Campaigns with Special characters in their name were not activated | Campaigns created in Subscribe Portal 2.0 were not activated when special characters were included in the name field. This has been fixed. | | PORT-2254 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Partial refund problem for amount with 4 digits | Partial refunds entered in Subscribe Portal 2.0 were failing for amounts of 4 digits or more. This has been fixed. | | VIN-15250 | WorldPay Integration - Subscription creation support with 3DS challenge when using Mastercard credit card Payment Method failed | New subscriptions created with Mastercard Payment Method received an ECI value error. This has been fixed. | | VIN-15769 | Stripe Integration - Transactions for 0 currency amount receive error response | Validations Transaction with Zero (\$0) amount sent to Stripe failed. This has been fixed. | | VIN-15851 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Invoices displayed for other payment methods apart from MAP | Subscribe Invoices are supported for MAP payment method only. Invoices were being created for other payment methods. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-16761 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Invoice list sorting not sorting results properly | An issue occurred with the sorting of Invoice list results. The issue has been fixed. The results are sortable for all columns. | | VIN-16765 | PMT - Validation issue for Credit card expiration | A validation for the combination of month and year of the credit card was added to the PMT implementation. | | VIN-16902 | Cybersource Integration - issue with input of recurring transactions for Retain when using Mastercard Payment method | For Retain transactions, processing with Cybersource, using Mastercard as a payment method, there was an issue with parameters passed. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-16954 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Account Screen returns internal error when deleted subscription associated | In Subscribe Portal 2.0 a issue occurred when subscriptions were not created due to validation issues, the account screen was not loading properly. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-17394 | Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Campaign creation of type coupon wrongly indicating code activation | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, Campaign create screen was displaying "requires activation" No value while the information passed to the API was set to Yes. as a result, merchants could not use the coupon codes without activating them. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN- 17399 | Single sign on support using OKTA connector | An issue with the OKTA connector definitions did not allow access to the Portal. The issue has been fixed. | ### Known Issues This release has the following known issues. * In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, when applying a discount to an existing Subscription, the campaign code field per Subscription Item displays an error. As a workaround, use the subscription level Campaign Code field instead to apply the discount. All applicable Products and Billing Plans in the Subscription will be discounted.
