Reports 2.0 data will be unavailable in Production between August 18, 2022 to August 21, 2022. Reports scheduled for this period using Reports 2.0 data engine will not be generated. We recommend using Reports 1.0 to generate on-demand reports instead during this maintenance window. * **Subscribe Dashboards**: The Subscribe Production environment is undergoing a planned maintenance. Subscribe dashboards will not display updated data in Production between August 18, 2022 to August 21, 2022. ## Subscribe features This release includes the following new Subscribe features: ### Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Searching for Credit Card Payment Method in Transaction Page In Subscribe Portal 2.0, searching for a payment method in the Transactions page is a key field. Previously, the credit card payment method search was enabled by searching for the last 4 digits of the card. From this release, the 4 digit search field in the Transactions filter has been replaced by a new field called **Credit Card Number**. Filtering can now be performed by the full credit card number, which is a key field in the Portal. Exact match search is run so that the search will display results only when the exact full credit card number is entered. For more details, see [Filtering Transactions](https://docs.vindicia.com/bundle/Subscribe_Portal2_User_Guide/page/Topics/filterTransactions.html). **Note:** Other credit card related fields have not changed. Credit Card Number search field in the Transaction Filter (VIN-16407) ## Payments Features This release includes the following new Payment features: ### Ingenico Connect Integration Supports Hosted Pages Boleto Bancário Payment Method In Subscribe 2022.05 release, Vindicia provided an integration with the Ingenico Connect Payment provider. In this release, Vindicia is expanding its support for the Ingenico Connect integration to also include **Hosted Pages** support for Boleto Bancário Payment Method. Hosted Pages are an external third-party page where the purchase transaction can be completed securely. **Note:** * This is a new integration with Ingenico Connect. It is currently provided in addition to Vindicia's Ingenico Global Collect Integration. Ingenico Global Collect are planning to deprecate the Global Collect API in the future and merchants will be required to move to the Ingenico Connect interface. * In future Subscribe releases, Ingenico Connect Hosted Pages integration will expand to include PayPal usage. (BIMS-332) ## Bug Fixes The following issues were solved in this release: | Ticket | Title | Description | | - | - | - | | PORT-2135, VIN-16441 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: The Account link in the Transaction Page is not pointing correctly | In subscribe Portal 2.0, the Transactions search results provided an incorrect link to the account. This has been fixed. | | PORT-2157 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Generating a Reports 1.0 report by clicking the report name error | An issue in generating Reports 1.0 reports by clicking name. The system was defaulting to Reports 2.0. This has been fixed. | | PORT-2162 | Subscribe Portal 2: Account page, Subscription pane column display problem | In subscribe Portal 2.0, the Subscription pane columns in the Accounts page were not displaying well. UI cosmetic changes were made to improve the subscription list display. | | PORT-2164 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Percentage field in the Campaign page does not accept decimal input | In Subscribe Portal 2.0 Campaign page, could not enter decimal values such as 19.99%. This has been fixed. | | PORT-2176 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Campaign Grant pane erasing input when an error is encountered | In Subscribe Portal 2.0 campaign page, when an error is encountered while creating a new campaign, the value entered in Campaign Grants pane are lost. This has been fixed. | | PORT-2223 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Editing an existing Subscription, which uses Paypal Payment Method fails | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, editing an existing Subscription and adding a new Item failed in a Subscription using Paypal payment method. The issue has been resolved. | | TABL-64 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Subscribe Dashboard not displaying data in the **Monthly New Account Addition** graph | Subscribe dashboards were not displaying data in the**Subscriber Insight** > **Monthly New Account Addition** graph. This has been fixed. | | VIN-14588 | OIDC Connector - email verification with OKTA | An incorrect input was used for email verification. The correct field for email verification in OIDC Connector has been enabled. | | VIN-15596 | Subscribe Portal 2.0:- Invoice Search fails | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, when running an invoice search with large volume of results, search was failing. This has been fixed. | | VIN-16185 | Retain - File transfer errors delay processing | In Retain, an SFTP error was delaying processing. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-16198 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Generating Current Liability Report using Reports 1.0 not returning results | An issue with passing the From/To date to the reporter server was stopping reports from being generated. This has been resolved. | | VIN-16267 | paymentProcessorResponseCode and paymentNetworkTransactionId return | For Retain, Cybersource will not always return paymentNetworkTransactionID. In that case, it is populated with a previously existing value that had been stored. | | VIN-16407 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Error when searching transactions with credit card number | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, when filtering Transactions by Credit Card payment method, an error occurs. The filtering capability has changed. See Credit Card Search feature above. | | VIN-16483 | Subscribe Portal 2: Transaction List page uploading failure when Transactions are in **New** status | In Subscribe Portal 2.0 Transaction list page, if any transaction has status "New" the page loading fails.This has been fixed. | | VIN-16900 | External Billing- Retry not processing as expected | Retry calls for soft errors charged a different amount than original Transaction. Issue has been resolved. | | VIN-17001 | Subscribe Portal 2.0: Searching Account page for an account Id with a period (.) fails | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, searching the Account page for an Account Id that holds a period (.) failed. The issue has been resolved, searching is available for Account Id that includes a period. | ### Known Issues This release has the following known issues. * In Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0, when applying a discount to an existing Subscription, the campaign code field per Subscription Item displays an error. As a workaround, use the subscription level Campaign Code field instead to apply the discount. All applicable Products and Billing Plans in the Subscription will be discounted.
