# Vindicia Internal Notes for Subscribe 2022.06 Release

Production Release Date: June 28, 2022

**Parent topic:**[Vindicia MarketONE Subscribe - 2022.06 Release Notes](2022.06_tp_subscribeReleaseNotes)

## Subscribe Features

### Vindicia Eight-Digit BINs Support

From this release, Vindicia complies with the eight-digit BIN requirement and supports it in its system implementation for Subscribe and Retain.

PCI-DSS still allows exposure of only the first six digits and any other four digits in a PAN as the method for protecting data. Vindicia follows and complies with this requirement displaying the first six digits of a card and the last four digits.

For more details about the internal implementation, refer to [8 digit bin wiki](https://wiki.corp.aws.vindicia.com/x/qgUEBQ)pages.

## Payment Features

### Ingenico Connect Hosted Pages

Starting 2022.05 release, Vindicia integrated with Ingenico Connect Payment Provider. In this release support for Hosted pages was added.

**Note:** This is a new integration with Ingenico Connect. It is currently provided in addition to Vindicia's Ingenico Global Collect Integration. Ingenico Global Collect are planning to deprecate the Global Collect API in the future and merchants will be required to move to the Ingenico Connect interface.

Details of the Integration and configuration of the feature are available in the Implementation guide and slide deliverables in the [Ingenico Connect wiki](https://wiki.corp.aws.vindicia.com/x/aJBSBQ). I

**Note:** The integration uses Payments Service as a microservice. Merchants must be configured accordingly.

### Cybersource Integration- Payment Provider Response Code Stored in Addition to Cybersource Response Code

Cybersource is a gateway for multiple payment processors. The processor returns a processor response code, which Cybersource then interprets and returns a Cybersource response code. Vindicia uses the Cybersource response code to make decisions on retry and Retain actions.

From this release, Vindicia will store the payment provider authorization code (received in Cybersource's processorResponse data element) in addition to the gateway authorization response code. A new column **pp\_auth\_response\_code** was added to the tx\_disposition\_log table.

## Internal Fixes

This release has the following fix input:

| Ticket | Description |
| - | - |
| CAT-49 | The Billing & Charge Report takes a long time to execute. Since this is used only by M1 merchants, and it is not visible right now from the Portal, the report has been limited to prepare data only for several merchants. (TMO US /SKY ) |
| VIN-16564 | Support for Account Updater change of NATWEST card change from Visa to MasterCard. A feature flag was added , as follows:In the event it is needed, feature flag of interest is disabled with the following: /vindicia/util/stack\_conf\_feature\_flag.pl --key smartpay\_au\_cardtype\_switch\_vin\_16564 --set 0 |

### Internal Known Issues

Employees logging in to Portal 2.0 do not see the Dashboard menu option. As a workaround, first select the merchant account and then refresh the screen. This restores the Dashboard menu found under **Insights** > **Dashboard**.
