Subscribe Portal 1.0 decommission will happen shortly. To access Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0: * Staging: [https://portal.staging.us-west.vindicia.com/portal/login](https://portal.staging.us-west.vindicia.com/portal/login) * Production: [https://portal.vindicia.com/portal/login](https://portal.vindicia.com/portal/login) ## Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 Features This release includes the following new features on the Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0: ### Pause and Resume Subscription on Portal 2.0 From this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 provides support for pausing an active subscription and resuming a paused subscription. Subscription Pause revokes entitlements on the effective date of the pause and does not bill the customer until the subscription is resumed. If no other action is taken upon the Subscription, it will remain paused for 5 years, and then cancel. When resuming, the billing date can be moved to the current activity date or remain the same. This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe REST API for pausing and resuming a subscription. From this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 provides support for reversing a payment made by **Merchant Accepted Payment** payment method. For all other payment methods, use the refund action as part of a transaction. (PORT-2042) ### Custom Payment Method Data Display on Portal 2.0 Subscribe allows merchants to add their customized information to an account in the form of custom data (name-value pairs). From this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 displays merchant-defined custom data for payment methods in an account. This custom data originates from the API. This feature provides parity with the functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (PORT-2046) ## Bug Fixes The following bugs were fixed in this release. | Ticket | Title | Description | | - | - | - | | VIN-13111 | Retain - Missing Orders in fetch operations | For Retain.FetchBill operation, the transactions that were canceled by the merchants were not returned within the expected time frame. This has been fixed. | | VIN-13465, VIN-13202 | Credit card subscriptions in REST API missing detailed tax items | Subscriptions created for credit cards payment method using REST APIs were not returning detailed tax items. This has been fixed. | | VIN-13808 | Push 2.0 - Subscription update in dryrun mode erroneously triggered entitlement start and stop push notifications | In some cases, the Subscription update with `dryrun=1` was resulting in erroneous entitlement Push Notifications. This has been fixed. | | VIN-14633, VIN-15025 | 3DS Enablement - Mastercard transactions for Chase Paymentech payment provider | A large number of transaction failures from Chase Paymentech when calling finalizeSCAuth after a 3DS authentication were reported.Issues with finalization of SCA transaction have been fixed. | | VIN-14690, VIN-14811 | 3DS Enablement - For SmartPay payment provider | The following fixes have been made to enable 3DS authentication for SmartPay:- 3DS challenge preference has been set to **mandate** for all new subscriptions. - Updated several merchant configuration rules to ensure correct routing of transactions to SmartPay client ID endpoints. | | VIN-14804, VIN-15210 | Issues with recurring transactions on Global Collect | The CIT/MIT indicators for Global Collect were not sent correctly, as UCOF should not be sent for recurring transactions. This has been fixed. | | VIN-15093 | 3DS Enablement - Subscription renewal issues for WorldPay payment provider | Renewal transactions were failing in the UK because they were not compliant with 3DS authentication. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-15096 | Portal 1.0 - Password resetting issue on user login page | Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 user login page was not allowing the users to reset their passwords. This has been resolved. | | PORT-2029 | Make Payment Button on Invoice to align with Portal 1.0 | Enhanced Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 to enable **Make Payment** button. It provides parity with functionality on Subscribe Portal 1.0.Updates were also made on the Invoice Payment dialog box on the Invoice page. | | PORT-2053 | Portal 2.0 - Data display issue of recent Transactions list in Subscriptions page | An issue with displaying the transaction related data when clicking **See all recent transactions** link in the **Recent Transactions** pane on Subscriptions page has been fixed. It was displaying an empty page. | | PORT-2055 | Portal 2.0 - Data display issue of all subscription list on Accounts page | An issue with displaying the data when clicking **See all subscriptions** link in the **Subscriptions** pane on Accounts page has been fixed. It was displaying a list of active subscriptions only. | ## Known Issues When issuing an on-demand report using Reports 2.0 reporting engine, the **To Date** field data is not immediately available. This may delay report generation. **Work Around:** Request **To Date** data at least one to two calendar days (UTC) before. We are currently working on an option to provide real-time reports in Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0.
