As part of September's release, Vindicia released performance improvements. We listened to our merchants and accordingly Subscribe Portal 1.0 decommission is delayed until February 2022 while outstanding parity and performance issues are resolved. Subscribe Portal 2.0 Advantages: * Allows localization to your regional time zone and language * Improved user interface * Clear representation of Transactions per subscription * More specific Transactions search options (per Payment Method, per ID, per amount) * Reports will be created/scheduled using the new Subscribe Data Platform (Reports 2.0), where applicable Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 has become the default web Portal. The message includes the Invoice object in JSON format for the next billing cycle. Subscribe uses the value from the Billing Plan **trial\_end\_notification\_days** attribute to trigger this notification. Subscribe support for End of Trial email notifications remains unchanged. **Note:** To use this feature, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support to enable the new Push Notification platform. (VIN-13383) ### Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - Invoices Page Filter by Payment Method From this release, Portal 2.0 provides support for searching by payment method type in the Invoices page. This feature provides parity with functionality available in Subscribe Portal 1.0. (VIN-13358) ### Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Current Liability Report Improvement The following improvements were made for the Current Liability Report: * The Current Liability Report was updated to include an **Up to Date** field enabling you to view the current liability up to a specific date. The field is only available for one time reporting. (VIN-8395) * The Current Liability Report was improved to allow scheduling the report in both Portal 1.0 and Portal 2.0. Fixes for date errors were made to enable toggling from one time reporting to recurring reporting. (PORT-1989, VIN-13839) ### Subscribe REST API - New Refunds Endpoint From this release, Subscribe provides REST API support for a Refunds endpoint. The Refunds endpoint supports functionality of all the previously supported calls as well as allowing to fetch a list of refunds by Account. This also provides parity with functionality available in Subscribe SOAP API. The following operations can be performed using the Refund endpoint. Support for refund calls using the Transaction endpoint remains unchanged. * List Refunds by Transaction or by Account * Create Refunds * Fetch a specific Refund For more details, see the [Refunds chapter of the REST API Guide](https://docs.vindicia.com/bundle/Subscribe_REST_API_Guide/page/topics/Refunds.html). (VIN-12301) ### SOAP V27 - Pagination for Refund.fetchDeltaSince Method A new SOAP subversion 27.1 has been released. This version supports pagination for Refund.fetchDeltaSince method in alignment with the other available fetchDeltaSince methods. (VIN-11413) ## Payment Features This release includes the following new Payment features: ### Payway Integration In this release, Subscribe added support for the latest version of Payway (formerly Edgil) payment provider. **Note:** Existing merchants using Edgil Payway, do not need to update their account with the payment provider. The following functionality is supported by Subscribe: * Payment Methods: * Credit Cards * Tokenized Credit Cards * Authorization * Capture * Refund * Void * Retain level 4 support **Note:** Existing merchants that want to utilize these feature, please contact Vindicia Client Technical Support to transfer to the new Payment Service solution. (VIN-10305) ### 3DS Support in Payment Method Tokenization (PMT) For merchants using a Cardinal Commerce 3DS provider, this release enables PMT to generate the **DFReferenceId** during the card tokenization process. The DFReferenceId was added to the PaymentMethod for use in the next authenticated transaction. (VIN-8583, VIN-11640) ## Retain Features This release includes the following new Retain features: ### Enhancement for Adyen Processor - Support for merchantTransactionId From this release, Retain allows to set the original merchant transaction ID as the reference ID in Adyen instead of the final captured Vindicia transaction ID. To use this feature, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support to configure. (VIN-13177) ## Bug Fixes **Note:** For Subscribe bug fixes released in December 2021, see [2021.11 Patch release notes](https://docs.vindicia.com/bundle/Subscribe_Release_Notes/page/2021.11_tp_subscribePatch.html). | Ticket | Title | Description | | - | - | - | | DOCS-283 | Report topics missing a few display columns | Missing display columns for reports **Chargeback Summary** and **Credit Activity** were added in Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 User Guide. | | PORT-1488 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Campaign Redemption Report not generated | An error occurred while trying to request the Campaign Redemption report in Subscribe Portal 2.0. This has been fixed. | | PORT-1787 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Inaccurate data of Transaction and Invoices count removed from Accounts page | The Transaction and Invoices count have been removed from the Accounts page in Portal 2.0. | | PORT-1922 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Open tabs not updated when session timeouts | In Subscribe Portal 2.0, when a session timeout and several tabs are open, the session was not displaying consistently in all the tabs. The issue has been fixed and when a user logs in all open tabs are updated. **Note:** For Safari browser, the issue still exists as a limitation and open tabs may not be updated when logging back in. | | VIN-13302 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 -Search in Transactions page by account not working | Portal 2.0 - Searching the Transaction page by account experienced an issue. This has been fixed. | | VIN-13541 | Reports 2.0 - Report success email sent when report was not uploaded to SFTP server | For Reports 2.0 loaded to SFTP Server, if an upload error occurs an error email is sent to the user advising of a connectivity issue. | | VIN-13981 | Portal 2.0 - Campaign Redemption Report **To Date** field not marked as mandatory field | Portal 2.0 did not display the Campaign Redemption report **To Date** field as mandatory. This has been corrected and the field now appears with a red asterisk. | | VIN-14156 | Global Collect 3DS receiving data errors | For merchants using Global Collect with 3D Secure enabled, some transaction were failing with a data error. This has been fixed. | | VIN-14183 | Push Notification - Subscription stop push notification missing | A subscription reached the end date, and did not generate a subscription stop push notification. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-14427 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Campaign page corrections | - Portal 2.0 Campaign Filter label changed from **State** to **Status** as appears in the Campaign page list. - Campaign aliases corrected to show the list of all aliases. - Campaign cloning did not clear the campaign ID. This has been fixed and the ID is removed when a campaign is cloned. | ## Known Issues This release has no known issues.
