The improvement will be rolled out gradually, starting in Subscribe's August 2021 release. Prior to the September release, please allow list the following IP Addresses for your Push Notifications listener: | Staging IPs | Production IPs | | - | - | | 44.240.26.219 | 44.236.62.129 | | 52.13.199.150 | 52.43.105.77 | | 44.231.222.85 | 44.235.188.193 | No additional changes are required on the merchants' side. ### Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 Changed to - No Longer Supported Status Vindicia has designated Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 as **No Longer Supported** for a 2 months period. After that time (September release), access to Subscribe Merchant Portal 1.0 will be blocked. Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 has become the default web Portal. We encourage you to start using Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0. Merchants are expected to move to Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 ### New Document Published: Vindicia Subscribe Product Description Get to know the Vindicia MarketONE Subscribe feature set as well as platform support and capabilities using the newly published [Vindicia Subscribe Product Description](https://docs.vindicia.com/bundle/Vindicia_Subscribe_Product_Description/page/topics/aboutVindiciaSubscribe.html) now available on the Vindicia Knowledge Center to all logged in customers and internal employees. ## Subscribe Features This release includes the following new Subscribe features: ### Subscribe Merchant Portal Login Flow Change for External User Authentication From this release, Subscribe Merchant Portal login flow for both Portals (1.0 and 2.0) starts with a username field validation only. Once the username is submitted, a new screen with both **username** and **password** fields appears and the login process takes place. This feature is part of an enhancement to support external user authentication via stand alone Identity Providers starting with OKTA IDP. Full support for OKTA login should be available in Subscribe's September's release. In future releases, Vindicia will integrate its own IDP through MarketOne Connect. (VIN-11822) ### Subscription Renewal Push Event Added in Invoice Event Class In this release, Subscribe adds a **pre-notification** Push Notification for subscription renewal sent a specified number of days before the renewal. The Push Notification sends the Invoice object (including next billing date and the billing amount). The pre-notification push notification is sent in JSON format. To configure how many days prior to subscription renewal to send the notification, use the Billing Plan **billing\_notification\_days** attribute or base on your global merchant configuration. Subscribe continues to offer and support email notifications for Invoice pre-notification. To use this feature, contact Vindicia Client Technical Support to enable the new Push Notification platform. (VIN-11371) ## Payment Features This release includes the following new Payment features: ### Elavon Integration Enhancement Supporting Custom Data From this release, Elavon payment processor integration supports Name-Value pairs that hold customized merchant-specific data. (VIN-12011) ## Retain Features This release includes the following new Retain features: ### Chase Paymentech Salem Token Format Support Vindicia platform offers support for the following Chase Paymentech Salem token formats: * Safetech token format 64NP * Safetech token format 04AI (VIN-10426) ## Bug Fixes | Ticket | Title | Description | | - | - | - | | PORT-1926 | Subscribe Portal 2.0 - Account page slow search improvement | To improve timeouts and slow search, the search has been changed to allow for exact lookup search for IDs. | | VIN-9024 | Subscribe Portal 1.0 - Date selector did not allow to choose future dates | Portal 1.0 displays data in PST time zone. Since Subscribe data is now stored in UTC, it may be required to select future dates. This is now possible in the search windows for the following entities : Accounts, Transactions, Autobills, Invoices,Credit activity, Gift card, Token activity, and Chargebacks. | | VIN-11468 | Handling downtimes for WorldPay integration | If WorldPay is not available when making a call, error code 8 is returned "order inquiry have been disabled for all merchants".Vindicia is handling the response for this error by requiring the transaction status and updating it. | | VIN-11585 | Wrong Subscription Billing State presented in case of External Billing payment method, when the Subscription is in Retry | Subscription billing state was incorrectly set as Unknown when the subscription is in retry. The issue has been fixed and Subscription billing state displays **In Retry** instead. | | VIN-12235 | WorldPay 3DS - cardholder name is being set incorrectly | During new subscription creation for merchants using WorldPay which have 3DS check enabled, the cardholder name was not passed correctly. The issue has been resolved. | | VIN-12388 | PayFlowPro configuration incorrect | An issue with the configuration for PayFlowPro was causing transaction failures. The issue has been fixed. | | VIN-12240 | PMT- React sample code out of date | For customers that wants to see an example of how PMT uses REACT, the REACT repository has been updated. See [https://github.com/Vindicia/vindicia-pmt-react](https://github.com/Vindicia/vindicia-pmt-react) | | VIN-12426 | Subscription returns success message although Subscription was not created | Error messaging issue fixed. The system returns an API error when a subscription cannot be created due to use of a non-unique external identifier | ## Known Issues This release includes the following known issues: * Subscribe Merchant Portal 2.0 - High data volume searches in Accounts, Subscriptions or Transactions may require long search times or time out. To shorten search times, please provide as many details as possible and limit the date range for the search. * Large data reports fail to display in Reports 2.0. There is a timeout issue when generating and fetching large reports. As a temporary workaround, please schedule large sized reports rather than running them on demand and set SFTP as the delivery method.
