# Currency Amounts

The CurrencyAmount object represents the currency credit detail associated with a particular grant of currency credits.

## Attributes

| Name | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| object | string | Value is “CurrencyAmount” |
| vid | string | A Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) for this object. Assigned by Subscribe. |
| currency | string | An ISO 4217 Currency Code. |
| amount | decimal | The currency amount of the credit. |
| metadata | hash | A set of key/value pairs that you can attach to an object. Useful for storing additional information. |
| sort\_value | integer | Order of precedence value. |
| description | string | Text provided upon credit grant. |
| reason | string | Text provided upon credit grant. |
| granted\_by\_cashbox | boolean | Indicates whether the credit was automatically granted by the system. |
| granted | datetime | The date and time the credit was originally granted. |
| account | [Account](Accounts) | Beneficiary of credit (account-level). |
| subscription | [Subscription](Subscriptions) | Beneficiary of credit (subscription-level). |

## Supported Calls

`GET https://api.vindicia.com/currency_amount/{currency_amount}` - Retrieves a currency amount.
