# External User Sign In

Vindicia products are built to keep data secure and compliant and meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) security requirements. Your organization uses an external identity management system for authentication and log in to the Vindicia Merchant Portal .

| **User Sign in Details** | Access your company's Identity Management system and change your password there. When accessing Vindicia's Merchant Portal, use the updated credentials.**Tip:** remember that your password must be at least 8 characters long. | Optional |
