# Transaction Reports

The Transaction Reports section includes reports related to transactional activity, either one-time or recurring. Each report in this section displays information about the actual transactions that are captured by Subscribe.

The **Name** and **Description** is listed for each report in the section.

**To run a report:**

1. You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0 checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0.

   **Note:** If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.

2. Simply click the name of the report or click the **Run** button to the right.

**Note:** For Reports 2.0,Subscriptions cancelled more than two years prior to the report being run will not appear in the reports and their transactions will not be included.
